On Republic of Peru National Day Prince Paul’s book “ Mission for saving the peruvian wildlife” launched globally. The book describes the experience that His Royal Highness had in the year1979 in the Republica of Peru and the contribution he brought to preserve the peruvian wildlife, especially the creature called vicunia.
Due to the approach of Prince Paul of Romania and reknown Peruvian Felix Benavides Barreda, vicunia has been declared an endangered species by the Peruvian Government and is now safe and protected by lawn. Following his important contribution to the saving of vicunia,the Royal Geographic Society, with its office in Great Britain has awarded Prince Paul with the status of Fellow Member along with Sir Edmund Hillary and John Hemmings.
