On the occasion of the birthday of His Beatitude the Patriarch Teoctist, Prince and Princess Paul of Romania joined members of the Cleric, the Government and the Diplomatic Core, to pay their respects to the Romanian Orthodox Church. The ceremony took place at the Patriarchal Palace. With this occasion, HRH Princess Lia presented His Beatitude the Patriarch Teoctist with a bouquet of roses.
