The ceremony took place in Carol Park in front of the Unknown Soldier’s Monument along side military personalities (generals,colonels,retreated generals) and members of the Gouverment,different political parties.
Then  flower crowns were left next to the monument,sent from all the major public services : Romanian Presidency,National Defence Ministry,Ministry of Interior,SRI and SIE,Political Parties,and Prince Paul and Princess Lia.

Also honoring this day there was another ceremony organized in front of the Military Academy following the same protocol.At the end of the ceremony,during which Prince Paul and Princess Lia were guests of honor of Marin Dragnea,President of the National War Veterans Asociations.
